Signs of the Creator

Behold! in the creation of the heavens and the earth; in the alternation of the night and the day; in the sailing of the ships through the ocean for the profit of mankind; in the rain which Allah Sends down from the skies, and the life which He gives therewith to an earth that is dead; in the beasts of all kinds that He scatters through the earth; in the change of the winds, and the clouds which they Trail like their slaves between the sky and the earth;- (Here) indeed are Signs for a people that are wise.

Al-Baqarah 2:164

Nama Allah Pada Tumbuhan, Haiwan dan Alam

Sesungguhnya pada kejadian langit dan bumi; dan (pada) pertukaran malam dan siang; dan (pada) kapal-kapal yang belayar di laut dengan membawa benda-benda yang bermanfaat kepada manusia; demikian juga (pada) air hujan yang Allah turunkan dari langit lalu Allah hidupkan dengannya tumbuh-tumbuhan di bumi sesudah matinya, serta Ia biakkan padanya dari berbagai-bagai jenis binatang; demikian juga (pada) peredaran angin dan awan yang tunduk (kepada kuasa Allah) terapung-apung di antara langit dengan bumi; sesungguhnya (pada semuanya itu) ada tanda-tanda (yang membuktikan keesaan Allah kekuasaanNya, kebijaksanaanNya, dan keluasan rahmatNya) bagi kaum yang (mahu) menggunakan akal fikiran. Al-Baqarah 2:164

What’s in a Name?

By definition, a name is the grouping of several letters of an alphabet, symbols, sounds, which represent the identification of a person or an object. It can define or related to specification, recognition and influence, legacy, authority, what a person do, came from and so on.

Big names – in any competition, be it sports, singing, debate, political, the name alone can brings shiver to our spine knowing the reputation of the beholder. But does the name Allah give you any feeling or meaning?
